Registration Guideline

Registration

  • Registration requires payment of tuition fees and course registration. Payment of tuition fees is a prerequisite to course registration, as course registration will be nullified without tuition payment.

Tuition Fee Payment

  • Students must pay tuition fees in the designated period each semester. The period of tuition fee payment is announced on the bulletin board of the CNU homepage and the registration guide is sent to the addresses of students or their guardian(s) via mail.

Tuition Fee Registration Period

  • Firsts Semester : Mid-February
  • Second Semester : Mid-August

Installment of Tuition Fees

  • Students who have difficulty paying the full amount of tuition fees within the period set due to economic conditions can apply for a tuition fee installment plan where they can make three separate payments. However, this tuition fee installment plan is not available for students who received a scholarship in the current semester (excluding those who are entitled to a tuition fee exemption), students who applied for student loans, and students who plan to take a leave of absence without payment of tuition fees.
  • Freshmen and applicants of readmission in the semester cannot apply for the tuition fee installment plan.

Payment Period for Tuition Fee Installments

  • 1st payment : within tuition fee payment period (same as other students)
  • 2nd payment : in about two months after the 1st payment
  • 3rd payment : in about one month after the 2nd payment

Tuition Fee Refund Policy

Tuition Fee Refund for Those Who Applied for Leave of Absence

  • Tuition fees can be refunded in the following circumstances regarding changes in students’ status (such as dismissal or expulsion).
    (Students of the Graduate School of Education are subject to Article 4, Clause ⑤)
  • Criteria for Tuition Fee Refund for Voluntary Withdrawal

  • For students of the Graduate School of Education, the first day of the semester is the first day actual class begins. The refund criteria are as follows.

Tuition and Fees for Graduate School

  • There was a 1.95% increase in tuition and fees for the General Graduate School, Special Graduate School, Graduate School of Culture, and Graduate School of Dentistry (as for the Tuition Fee Type 2).
