Notice for Course Registration

  • Course registration must be carried out by students themselves : Students must enroll for courses under the guidance of an advisor professor or department staff with careful consideration for curriculum, academic regulations, and course schedule since any inconveniences arising from incorrect course registration must be borne by the students themselves.
  • Students should reconfirm the course registration results : Students must reconfirm the course enrollment results on the individual page of the registered course list after conducting the course enrollment procedure.
(CNU Portal → Login → Academic Support → Courses → Course Registration → List of Course Registration)
  • Students should make sure they are in the roll book : The attendance book provides the list of students who registered for the course, while those who failed to properly enroll for the course will not appear in the attendance book.
※ Students who do not have a list in the attendance book will not be admitted even if they are arbitrarily entered on the list by the professor in charge.
  • Thorough password management : Students must manage their portal password thoroughly so that no one else knows it, especially when students want to change their password during the course registration period.
  • Check the classroom location : Due to campus integration, chances are students make mistakes by registering for courses provided at a campus they do not belong to. Therefore, please check the course details after registering the course and check the classroom location to avoid any disadvantages.
  • If students register for courses exceeding the credit limit, the excess credit will not be recognized. Therefore, please make sure that the course registration is done within the credit limit.
  • In case of wrong course registration, students must correct it during the course registration correction period.
(※ Changes in course registration are not allowed after the correction period unless there are inevitable causes such as the cancellation of courses.)
  • If a student does not pay the tuition after conducting course registration, the course registration will be nullified after a quarter of the semester proceeds.
  • During the course withdrawal period, students can cancel their registration of courses for a maximum of two courses. (There should be at least one credit point remaining after withdrawal of courses.) Course withdrawal does not allow changes in course registration.
